The Challenge
A flower business is chosen on trust and on what people can see. Customers want to look at the work, know roughly what it costs, and order quickly, usually from their phone. Sedigold Flower Café needed one professional place that showed its services, prices, gallery and reviews, and that matched how its customers already prefer to order: on WhatsApp.
Our Solution
We designed and built a mobile-responsive website with dedicated pages for services, pricing, a photo gallery and customer reviews, and wired ordering into WhatsApp so a customer can go from browsing to a pre-filled order message in one tap.
The Result
Sedigold Flower Café now has a complete, shareable web presence where customers can see the work, check prices and place an order without leaving their phone.
What we built.
Every part of the site exists to move a visitor from “I like this” to “I have placed my order.”
Services page
A clear overview of what the studio offers, so a first-time visitor understands it in seconds.
Pricing page
Prices set out up front, so customers can decide before they message and fewer conversations stall on cost.
Gallery
The work shown in photographs, because for flowers the picture is the product.
Reviews
Customer feedback on its own page, giving new visitors a reason to trust a business they have not used before.
WhatsApp ordering
Order buttons that open WhatsApp with the message ready, matching how customers in Ghana already buy.
Mobile-first build
Designed for the phone first, since that is where most customers will open it, then scaled up to tablet and desktop.
What the website does for the business.
Customers see the work before they call
A gallery and reviews let the studio’s quality speak for itself, instead of relying on a customer’s first message to explain it.
Fewer back-and-forth questions
Services and pricing are published, so the messages that arrive are from people ready to order rather than people still asking what is available.
Ordering with no new habit to learn
Customers order through WhatsApp, an app they already use daily. There is no account to create and no checkout to learn.
A permanent, professional address online
One link the business can put on its social profiles, packaging and messages, that looks as good as its flowers and is always up to date.
