1. Who we are

This website is operated by Zotom Tech, a division of Zotom Holdings, based in Accra, Ghana ("Zotom Tech", "we", "us"). You can reach us at [email protected].

2. What we collect, and how

Project enquiry form. When you use the enquiry form on our contact page, we collect the details you type in: your full name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, business or school name (optional), project type, expected timeline, and project description.

Callback request form. When you request a consultation call, we collect your full name, phone or WhatsApp number, preferred time of day, and an optional topic.

WhatsApp and email. If you contact us through the WhatsApp button or by email, we receive whatever you choose to send, along with your WhatsApp number or email address.

Website usage (only if you agree). If analytics is switched on for this site, a banner will ask for your consent. If you accept, we use Google Analytics to measure visits and which pages are used. If you decline, or your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, analytics does not load. Your choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage.

We do not require you to create an account, and this website does not take payments.

3. Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry or callback request and prepare a proposal or quotation.
• To manage the project or service if you become a client.
• If you consent, to understand how the website is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Who else handles it

Formspree. Our forms are processed by Formspree (formspree.io), a form service. Formspree receives your submission, stores it on our behalf, and emails it to us. Formspree is based outside Ghana, so your submission may be processed in another country. See Formspree’s own privacy policy for details.

Google. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google’s servers and shares your IP address with them. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics also receives usage data about your visit.

Cloudflare (cdnjs). Animation scripts on this site are loaded from cdnjs, run by Cloudflare, which means your browser contacts their servers when a page loads.

WhatsApp. If you click the WhatsApp button, you leave this site and your conversation is handled under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.

We do not share your details with anyone else, except where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and callback details for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, to run the project and meet our legal and accounting obligations. If your enquiry does not lead to a project, we will delete it on request.

6. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. You can also decline analytics on the consent banner, or clear this site’s data in your browser to reset that choice.

7. Security

This website is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are sent to Formspree over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not put passwords, payment details, or other highly sensitive information into the forms.

8. Children

This website is intended for businesses, schools, and organisations. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change how the website handles personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
