No. Payment is split into stages: a deposit when you sign, a second payment after you approve the design mockup, and a final payment before your site goes live. Your agreement sets out the exact plan; common splits are 50% / 30% / 20% or 70% / 30%. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
Every project includes 30 days of free post-launch support. After that, we offer hosting packages and monthly IT support retainers so we keep maintaining and growing with you.
